1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the National Center for Women Development (NCWD), in 2020 appropriation for the execution of Projects towards achieving the mandate of the Centre.

Accordingly, the Centre wishes to invite reputable and qualified Contractors/Service necessary for the execution of following projects and Suppliers with relevant experience and good track records necessary for the execution of following projects.

1. The General Public is hereby informed that the following addendum has been made on the above subject matter, due to the effect of CoVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent lockdown.

2. The OAuGF published an advertisement inviting interested/competent Contractors/Suppliers and Accounting Firms to submit quotation for the supply of goods, works and expression of interest in The Daily Trust, Guardian Newspaper and Federal Tenders Journal on 23 March, 2020. Due to the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown, an Addendum in relation to the earlier Advertisement was published in ‘The Nation’ and ‘Daily Trust’ Newspapers on the 12th and 13th of May 2020 respectively which extended the deadline for submission of bids to 18 May, 2020.

3. In view of the foregoing, to give room for bidders who were unable to submit their bids due to circumstances stemming from the nationwide lockdown, the OAuGF has approved the extension for submission for Expression of Interest as stated below:
